Developed using Unity, this game created by BRGD (Brown-RISD Game Design), a weekly gathering of developers and designers from Brown and RISD, players take on the role of Platty, a platypus on a mission to bake a perfect cake for their grandmother. To achieve this, Platty explores the town, interacts with various animal NPCs, and completes favors to acquire tools and ingredients for the cake.

In system design, I collaborated with the team to plan interactions, coordinating with character design artists to establish character creation timelines. This allowed us to ensure artists had enough time for their work. Based on their capacity, we created placeholder characters and designed the system. We also iterated to strike a balance, ultimately setting the goal of collecting 5 items for the cake to provide a satisfying gameplay experience.
